The winner of the People's Choice Award ($500 prize) will be determined by public vote.

Content Guidelines: All murals must be family-friendly and non-political. Work that doesn't meet these guidelines will not be considered.

By submitting this application, you agree that if selected, you will create a family-friendly, non-political mural during the festival.
